Our approach puts clients in control of their hypervisor and Linux security by reducing analyst and computational overhead, while simultaneously ensuring uptime. ZeroLock provides the capability to virtually patch systems it monitors, state-of-the-art AI behavioral techniques to detect and stop threats, and automated file rollback to restore your most critical data in seconds. Job Summary
We are looking for a driven, self-motivated sales individual who is passionate about building a great company and delivering revolutionary capabilities that make the world a better place. This highly visible and impactful role will drive revenue growth and expand Vali Cyber’s customer base by pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective customers, and closing sales opportunities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of the company. This is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow-up on identified leads to qualify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understand their business challenges and goals, position the company as a trusted partner, and generate sales. Develop and support relationships with business leaders and decision-makers of potential customers
- Independently research and identify potential leads and customers to include cold calling, networking events, social media, and industry associations that result in sales.
- Qualify opportunities, conduct sales presentations and manage product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Manage sales pipeline and opportunities in Hubspot, tracking progress, updating status, and providing accurate sales forecasts to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, customer needs, and provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and deliver integrated solutions to customers.
- Help the Company be successful in any other way that your skillsets allow.
- Contribute positive energy to the culture of the Company by collaborating in a positive, open, and respectful manner.
- Stay motivated and stay hungry.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have 6+ years’ field sales expertise in a technical field, with a strong record driving revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will be high energy, extremely competitive, and passionate about success.
- Knowledge of VMware and cybersecurity is highly desired.
- Experience selling into Fortune 1000 w/a track record of success required.
- Experience at a previous start-up is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close sales deals required.
- A focus on customer satisfaction and success, ability to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and articulate value propositions effectively.
- Knowledge and experience using HubSpot required.
- Ability to qualify using a method such as BANT and/or MEDDIC required.
- This is a remote position, but it is strongly preferred that candidates be in the Eastern half of the United States.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
