Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong work ethic, who excels in an autonomous work environment to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and organizing the Company’s legal and business records.
- Lead the electronic signature process.
- Lead the companies HR department including maintaining and organizing the Company’s HR records, owning the Gusto relationship, preparing payroll, including expense reimbursement, and maintaining the Company’s benefit programs through Gusto (or alternative HR solution).
- Lead recruiting efforts including partnering with the hiring manager to develop and publish job descriptions, drive the generation of qualified candidates, circulate resumes to appropriate team members, perform initial screening of candidates, organize and manage the interview and selection process, work with the hiring manager to draft offer letters, and work with the CEO to finalize and execute.
- Monitor and maintain the Employee Database and Organizational Chart, ensuring continual accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage and implement employee benefits including tracking work anniversaries, birthdays, employee gifts, and coordinating monthly DoorDash gift cards to the team.
- Monitor and respond to emails sent to the Careers email address.
- Lead the Skillbridge recruiting process.
- Lead the on-boarding process of new hires and contractors including setting them up with payroll, and benefits in Gusto.
- Lead the off-boarding process as required.
- Assist the Events Manager with event logistics and management including coordinating travel and lodging, organize event materials and shipping if necessary, and help track event expenditures.
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with digital marketing efforts including building and cleaning contact lists, writing emails and social media posts, supporting social media engagement, and qualifying MQLs.

Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, goal-oriented, ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. You will play an essential role in qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to identify prospects to target. You will conduct account specific outreach focused on qualifying the client with a focus on confirming the “need” and “budget” for hypervisor security across multiple facets of the organization such as operations, security and finance. You will work closely with Account Executives and Account Based Marketing to identify key influencers and decision makers involved in the hypervisor purchase decision process and validate the fit of the account as a potential client. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to start or advance their career in technology sales within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach and Follow-up: Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to engage and qualify potential leads. Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture existing contacts.
- Qualify Leads: Use discovery calls and qualification techniques to understand a lead’s needs, budget, and decision-making process, and determine if they align with Vali Cyber’s product and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Teams: Partner with Account Executives and Account Based Marketing to obtain critical information to support a smooth handoff in the sales process.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Partner with members of the Marketing Team responsible for lead generation. Provide feedback on quality of leads and look for ways to improve the overall process.
- Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach activities, qualified meetings, and other engagement metrics.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities and customer interactions in the HubSpot system. Update lead status, log communications, and ensure data integrity.

Job Summary
As a Product Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support for the Vali Cyber Platform. In this role, you will work collaboratively with customers, engineering teams, professional services, and account management to ensure smooth implementation, deployment, and ongoing use of our cutting-edge software solutions. Utilizing your expertise in cybersecurity and hypervisor environments, you will troubleshoot complex issues and work closely with enterprise customers to deliver exceptional service and support. This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and product excellence, with a focus on supporting enterprise customers and maintaining proficiency in hypervisor environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize, escalate, and resolve customer issues, maintaining a high level of first-contact resolution.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for named customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Reproduce, document, and report technical issues to the engineering team.
- Develop and enhance internal and external knowledge base articles to facilitate customer self-help.
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with documentation and engineering teams to improve product usability.
- Interface with partners and enterprise customers during feature releases and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with partners to understand and document requirements for feature requests and issue resolutions.
